Total 46 years and out of 25 years in oriented films / cast films industry ,15 years in flexible packaging industry and 6 years in consultation in the field of technical and management.
Since 1995 leadership positions such as EVP/VP/Sr VP. Last retired (2019) from Huhtamaki MNC as Sr VP in Manufacturing and technology (Leader of flexible packaging In India and Globe)
Since 2020 practicing as consultant professional for both technical and managerial, few notable assignments of current The president and chief mentor to Rajshree Poly pack ltd a rigid manufacturing company and technical consultant to a lidding manufacturer/ Cast poly propylene.
Since 2020, the administrator conducts training and development in the filed of films and flexible packaging in person, through teams and zoom meet to those needy/ required and would have trained app 200 people in the industry.
The administrator currently preparing articles / books related in the field of packaging and plan to publish shortly and also currently mentoring several drivers from behind for their personal / career growth. The administrator also contemplates several revolutionary projects to announce shortly and some of them related to noble cause Eco friendly.
Achievements :
At Gujarat Propack Ltd with team designed first 5 layer die for a BOPP industry and produced differentiated films that revived Gujarat Propack Ltd in 2000.
Played a key part during successful merger process between Gujarat Propack ltd and Cosmo films Ltd.
At Positive Packaging Pvt Ltd as head of R & D for Positive Packaging Pvt Ltd and with team widened new customers new applications brought immense name for Positive Packaging in the flexible packaging industry.
With team at Positive packaging brought substantial addition of capacity with minimum investments -Vision 3000.
Played a key part during acquisition of Positive packaging by Huhtamaki Paper products ltd (international packaging company.
At Huhtamaki Paper Products Pvt ltd as Senior Vice President manufacturing and technology , headed all manufacturing of flexible operations across all locations and united the team front for growth.
Current tenure of consultancy since 2020.
Was technical consultant to MD of Supreme Industries speciality division 2020 to 2022 and was Technical consultant to CEO of Sudpack -Kamakshi 2024 to 2025.
Current Assignments :
Since 2020. As president and chief mentor to Rajshree Polypack ltd , with MD created a Vision 500 /25 and almost achieving the same.
Currently Technical consultant to 3 B films (Cast poly Propylene film ) and technical consultant to Mandagini foils (lead Vad Manufacturer).
Over 50 training and developments in technical and managerial to the industry.
